  • 1 tbsp sriracha

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp salt

For Serving:

  • 6 small corn tortillas

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • Lime wedges

  • Extra cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  • Marinate the Fish: In a bowl, mix the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, olive oil, and lime juice. Coat the fish fillets evenly and let them marinate for 15 minutes.

  • Prepare the Slaw: In a mixing bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, cilantro, lime juice, honey, and salt. Toss well and set aside.

  • Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.

  • Cook the Fish: Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the fish for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and flaky. Remove from heat and break into bite-sized pieces.
